Speedway to Host Eddie Boomhowser Memorial Flat Track Motorcycle Race tonight, April 6th

Jamaica, VA – Flat track motorcycle racing returns to the ½ mile at Virginia Motor Speedway tonight, as we host the RVA Flat Track sanctioned Powertrain Control Solutions Eddie Boomhower Memorial presented by WhosYourDriver.org. “This is a must-see event; some of the best amateur and Pro riders will be here for our Eddie Boomhower Memorial,” commented track owner Bill Sawyer. Adult general admission tickets are only $25, students 13 – 17 are $15, and children 12 and under are admitted free. Pit passes are $30, regardless of age. Pit passes allow you to sit in the grandstands as well. Tickets are currently on sale at https://bit.ly/2024RVAFlattrack. Spectator gates will open at noon, with practice/qualifying beginning at 3 PM. Features are scheduled for 8 PM. Divisions that will be competing in the Eddie Boomhower Memorial are: 50cc, 65cc, 85cc, 250 AM, 450 AM, Open AM, 30+, 50+, Mad Dog, Vintage Light, Vintage Heavy, Hooligans, 450 Pro, and Open Pro. Competitor registration will be from Noon – 2:15 AM, with the rider’s meeting at 2:30 PM. Practice will start at 3 PM, and heat races will begin at 6 PM.
