Saturday ATV 4-Wheeler Accident Update: Crew Member OK and Back Home

Jamaica, VA -- Officials at Virginia Motor Speedway are happy to announce that Brandon Parris, the crew member injured in the ATV accident on Saturday night, is doing very well and back home in South Carolina. Parris was released from VCU Medical Center on Sunday October 5th at 2pm. He suffered a fractured shoulder and some cuts and bruises. We would like to thank the entire safety staff, Mattaponi Rescue Squad, Life Evac and the staff at VMS Medical Center for the outstanding job done. We would also like to thank the fans in attendance for their patience and respect to the situation during the time we were attending to the crew member.
